Positiv Hate

Ils sont présent sur la scène métal depuis 1997 d’abord sous le nom de GUERNICA, qui deviendra POSITIV HATE en 1999. A cette époque, ils officient dans un métal hardcore teinté de heavy et de black et couchent ainsi 6 titres sur leur première démo “BASTARD” 1998. Ils attendront 2003 pour sortir une nouvelle démo “REDEMPTION”, qui, malgré un son faiblard, sera en général bien accueillie par la presse qui appréciera le heavy black metal symphonique distillé par le groupe. Cette démo leur ouvrira pas mal de portes, ce qui les incite à sortir leur premier album en fin 2004 “HYMN OF DARKNESS” avec un son plus aiguisé et un heavy-black symphonique plus abouti. Cet album leur trace un beau chemin parsemé de très bonnes rencontres, concerts, radios et leur permettra entre autre de participer au Raismes Fest ainsi que l’Alienation Fest avec Outcast et Anorexia Nervosa, d’organiser plusieurs fest permettant à Garwall, Recueil Morbide, Fatal et bien d’autres de se produire dans le nord de la France ainsi qu’en Belgique. Le groupe en tant que tel splitte, pourtant en pleine forme, en 2006 suite à des divergences d’opinions et autres addictions... C’est Buck (Maxime LENFANT) et Lux (Guillaume WAROT) qui réveilleront le groupe en 2008, dans leur studio niché dans un vieux château du nord de la France. Après plusieurs années passés entre projets parallèles, obligations familiales et professionnelles, ils mettent en boite 13 titres dont une version revisitée du titre “Redemption” issu de la démo du même nom ainsi que “I Hate You” sur lequel le tout premier chanteur du groupe, Jaufray LANTOINE (Ex TOMBSTONE, ex TREPAN DEAD) écrit les paroles et chante en compagnie de Buck et Lux. “DELIVRE NOUS DU MAL” est entièrement produit par le groupe et 100 digipacks promo de l’album sont tirés pour les labels et la presse. Dans ses titres, POSITIV HATE traite de problèmes existentiels, sujets d’actualité inspirants, déviance des religions, situations vécues. Aucune limite n’est fixée lors de la phase de compo- sition tant dans les paroles que la musique elle même, qui ressort des multiples influences des membres. Enfin, étant désormais Two Men Metal Band, les projets de scène sont pour le moment mis de côté. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- They are present on the metal scene since 1997, first under the name of “GUERNICA”, which became POSITIV HATE in 1999. The group splits at top form in 2006 because of disagreements and other addictions ... This is Buck (Maxime LENFANT) and Lux (Guillaume WAROT) who recreate the band in 2008, nestled in their studio in an old northern France castle. After several years passed between parallel projects, family obligations and professional, they put in box 13 tracks including a revamped version of the title "Redemption" from their second demo and "I Hate You" on which the first singer, Jaufray LANTOINE (Ex TOMBSTONE, eg TREPAN DEAD) wrote the lyrics and sings with Buck and Lux. "DELIVRE-NOUS DU MAL "is entirely produced by the band and 100 promo digipack of the album are drawn to labels and the press. In his titles, POSITIV HATE talking about existential issues, inspiring hot topics, differences of religions, life situations. No limit is set in the composition.
