Always a blast to see The Velvet Teen! Excited to hear what they are working on... the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever was beautiful, intimate, and had couches! Loved the experience, but the bands all looked super cramped on stage haha

The absolute best talent there is coming from the West Coast, if not the entire Country. Anybody that truly recognizes the value of this band will have a much more secure and happy life. They transend boundries with ever new album. Seeing them live is always special. If you'rat a TVT show then you can feel the love and support in the room. You know that every crunched up, sweaty body next to you is a comrade in appreciation of the unique. At a TVT show you are among friends. If love there music then, truly, you are home.

Velvet teen did not mail it in, big stage performers in an intimate setting. Jonah's rubber voice was blasting crystal timber til the last song. Tenors usually take short cuts to protect their voice, Jonah took no shortcuts. The Sound was surprisingly clean for the soda bar. They played the perfect balance of new and vintage stuff. Their new stuff left me yearning for the album release.
