The Deep Cuts is a Los Angeles, CA based enslemble that brings to life the juke joints, old 45 records, and jukeboxes of the 50's and 60's by drawing from the deep soul sounds of Memphis, the funky beats of New Orleans, Chicago blues, and the classic arrangements of Motown and Atlantic Records.

The Deep Cuts is grooving 4-piece rhythm section reminiscent of Booker T and the MG's or The Meters fronted by the powerhouse vocals of Aubrey Buchanan and Woody Mankowski. They authentically deliver the B-sides, rare grooves and hidden gems from a time when musicianship, songcraft, and powerful emotions ruled the airwaves.
