About Bobby Scott

Bobby Scott grew up in Phoenix Arizona. Ater his grandfather gave him his first guitar at the age of nine, Bobby tagged along for years watching his grandfather and uncle play around town every week and learn to he could play by ear. Bobby, listened to Spanish music, and 80's metal bands, all of his younger years. Bobby was inspired when he heard artists like, Vern Gosdin, George Jones, George Straight and Keith Whitley. At 17 Bobby Scott became the lead singer for a cover band and played clubs such as Graham Central Station, and then onward to Tootsie's in Nashville. Bobby toured with great artists like Joe Diffie, Tracy Lawrence, Tracy Byrd, Wade Hayes, and Rhett Akins. Realizing that traveling, and performing was the greatest thing in life, lead Country Rocker Bobby Scott to sign a major record label deal. From 95-98 MCA/Decca Bobby was living, loving and playing music, while playing bigger shows, bigger venues, Bobby Scott hit that turning point in every musicians life "what do you want to do"? So Bobby Scott answered that question by independently playing well over 300 shows in 2011. ...Artist – A word in the music business that is taken very seriously. Bobby Scott is a true ARTIST. Being biracial both Native American and Hispanic, (Bobby is fluent in Spanish) Gives Bobby Scott his style with the unique ability to remain true to his heritage and upbringing.
