Halestorm

Halestorm was awesome, as aways. They played "I like it heavy" which I have never heard them play live before. Absolutely loved it. Arejay's drum solo was fantastic and I loved it a when the rest of the band brought out drums as well. They always bring so much energy to the shows. I just wish they could go on and on. The Warning was the opening act and they were fantastic as well. So talented and put on a fantastic show for such a young band. I will definitely be going to more of their concerts as well.

This was their last show of short tour, and did not disappoint. I really dig Halestorm’s hard driving rock sound, this is the first time I’ve seen them live, what a treat. The guitar work was tight, drums a little showy (which I like) and exactly on point. But Lizzy’s vocals are really over the top! Her range, long screams, and showmanship are more impressive than I had anticipated. True professionals of their craft, same members for 20 years since they were teenagers. In a few short summary words, I was blown away!

Halestorm (Lzzy) sounded great, they just didn't rock out enuf imho—played a lot of their 'slower' songs, but at least that made Lzzy's vocals stand out that much more and really show how powerful her singing voice is. Plus, they only got an hour to play since they were co-headlining. The other bands were horrendous. Musically they were on point, and I'm sure their fans were happy, but I can't stand the guttural screaming bands, just small doses of yelling like in Halestorm or New Years Day. Cramming 4 bands in was too much, ridiculous even, and didn't allow Halestorm to really shine like they can—but they did open with my fav song of theirs: I Miss The Misery! I give Halestorm 4 stars, and the other bands 2 stars, so an avg of 3 stars...

It was a great show. Four bands - 5 hours was well worth the money. The vibe in the audience was awesome. I've seen Halestorm many times - Lzzy's voice was amazing. IPrevail DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They put on a show that exceeded my expectations and made me lose my voice the next day. I love seeing shows at the Amphitheater, the only con was the prices of the drinks: $16!!! and $6.50 for a water!!! Not right so you lose a star for that.

Meeting Lizzy, AreJay, Joe, and Josh has been an aspiration of mine since I discovered their music in 2008, mostly covers and the "One and Done" seeing my first concert 2009. In the Egyptian room in Indianapolis. It was so loud, the bass was so intense, it broke my back tooth, literally shattered it into chunks. I was fully hooked from that moment. Every single year, aside from their European tour and of course, COVID, I've been to 16 shows all together. A few multiples a year when they were close enough. This was my first year meeting them and it may have been the happiest moment in my life to date. I struggle a lot with my own imposter syndrome, body dysmorphia, depression and mood disorder. When I listen to their music it somehow always makes me feel better, I love how Lizzy's voice is always so perfect and soothing even on my darkest evenings. During their concert I loved hearing her bellow out those long notes engaging the crowd. Everyone in the stadium loved them! When they brought out the drums ! That was AMAZING!! The most important part of the meet and greet was that all the members of Halestorm were genuinely happy to meet everyone, it wasn't fake or even felt rushed in our individual meeting. They genuinely love their fans and love what they do. It's clear they do and extremely incredible. I hope other artists take notes from Halestorm!

Our 4th time seeing our favourite lady rocker and partners in crime (will see them for the 5th finest Knotfest)…fantastic concert! Lzzy had the crowd eating out of her hand…she really is that classic sultry leading lady (and beautiful person as well, as are the rest of the band - we had a meet and greet with them the first time they came down in 2015). It was great to see some new versions of some of the songs. Skindred were ridiculously entertaining (who I will also see again at Knotfest) and local group Reliqa got the crowd warmed up nicely. Super night!!

Halestorm was amazing! It's the second year I see them here in Prague and this time they went above and beyond, I hope they will come here again next year! The venue was ok, it was a bit problematic in the lines outside, there was no marks for VIPs and then when they told us to line up the correct way a lot of people went to the end of the line even though they were there before, besides that things were good!

Da meine Tochter ein Fan der BlackVB ist, hatte sie sich dieses Konzert zum Geburtstag gewünscht. Den Anfang der Show übernahmen sie den auch ( gut 45 Minuten). Sie haben einen guten Auftritt hingelegt ( da ich ihre Musik nicht so kenne, kann ich keine Titel benennen) ist nichtunbedingt meine Musik aber viele Fans kamen wohl wegen ihnen zum Konzert und waren voll dabei (meine Tochter auch) - also kann man von einer guten Performance ausgehen. Ich hatte sie vor ein paar Jahren in Köln gesehen und diesmal fand ich sie besser (ist natürlich subjektiv gesehen). Nun aber zum Headliner, obwohl ich eigentlich eher härtere Mucke höre, finde ich einige Songs von Halestorm wirklich geil. Sie haben eine geile Show abgezogen - keine großen Effekte oder so - aber sie haben wirklich Spaß an dem Auftritt gehabt und volle Power gebracht. Natürlich leben sie von der Power und der wirklich großartigen Stimme von Lzzy - die dieses Mal ihr Talent sehr vielseitig eingesetzt hat. Ich hatte sie vor ein paar Jahren mal in Offenbach gesehen und das habe ich so nicht in Erinnerung behalten. Sie hat wirklich alle Register gezogen, Hut ab. Beim nächsten Auftritt in meiner Nähe hab ich fest vor wieder aufzuschlagen.

Halestorm put on a great show and did a great job of mixing the old material with their latest songs Arejay's new drum kit looked awesome and that he had his hair dyed to match it was just Arejay. Being the opening act they kept the pace moving to get as many songs in as possible. The venue was fairly nice and hopefully will get better with time. Had a very enjoyable time despite the downpour during Volbeat.

Great concert as always! Sound mix was pretty well balanced. Good set overall, a shame they could only play until 11 PM (1 1/2 hr show). However, the bonus was we got nearly an hour of another international rock band in Theory, who we have seen before. Great set also! All round a great night out at the Enmore Theatre…oh and the theatre has been refurbished…very nice job, jazzed up a bit whilst retaining the original charm. Probably my favourite venue in Sydney.

I just wanted to say that was an amazing beautiful show a beautiful performance is just like a really spiritual way of making you feel good inside and just so great about yourself of just having a good time. I just want to say they're so wonderful artist says and they are here in this world to make a difference of music and expressing yourself to better understand how life can just be of so many journeys so better understand how life can be full of adventure it was such a blessing to know what we are thankful and made for in this world.

Amazing! The Warning was phenomenal. I thought it took a lot of confidence to have a band that talented open up for you. It reminded me of when I first saw Van Halen open up for The Rolling Stones when they were an unknown commodity. I was familiar with The Warnings music before the show. They surpassed my expectations. Halestorm took it to the next level when there didn't seem to be the next level. The Warning's harmonies are war cries. Lizzy Hale's voice is preternatural. I was with my daughter, the tickets were my birthday present and I totally didn't cry when Lizzy sang Dear Daughter, okay maybe a little, must have been the smoke. Will see both bands again. New Years Day was also exceptional.

I wish I can give this more than 5 stars! This concert was amazing, halestorm is easily one the best live in history, no filler all killer! Stp and black stone cherry couldn't be there because of covid, so halestorm out did them self and played 5 songs on the piano, 5 songs on acoustic, then 15 songs on electric, freakin crazy, 25 song all together, with drum and guitar solo, they had the whole crowd going, having fun! I love this band so much, I drove 6 hours from wa state to Bonner mt and it was so worth it! Also lzzy hale voice was crazy! 🤘🤘🤘

Amazing! ADA staff was very kind. I was interrogated by one staff member going to get a sandwich over a white wrist band. I explained my husband has a broken ankle and I was going back Section C. Nowhere did it state I could not use a set of stairs by the 'where wristband' Section. I am not riff raff like the hundreds of people that were oversold alcohol and escorted out of the event straight into their cars to drive home drunk. Watch your tone their Harrah's staff.

This wasn’t quite what I had expected since I’ve been listening to hail storm for the best part of 10 years and I’ve only seen them in concert this evening. Highlights include Lzzy’s incredible vocals, Arejay’s epic drum solo and punishingly loud speakers, perfect for their sound. Really great performance! Lowlights: A bizarrely long 12+ minute version of Amen… What was the point? It didn’t even make sense for that song to be played for so long. Vicious, their new album is truly, not their best effort to date. All their other albums on a scale of 1– 10 are an 8/9. I found Vicious to be more like a 6/7 at best. But half the concert was filled with six songs off the new album and not sure the audience was engaged since the album is relatively new. Another oddity was that they left the stage, lights went out and they left for five minutes without saying anything. Audience was speaking amongst themselves asking if the band was done or something happened… There was nothing from anyone on stage to let us know and a few people walked out because they thought the concert had ended. For my first concert with Halestorm, I did expect more, but I was not disappointed in how great they sounded live. Their studio albums reflect their quality of music and true talent. They are not over produced and when the live music sounds as good as the recorded tracks, you know that this band deserves all the credit because you they’ve earned it. Keep on rockin Halestorm

This show was fucking awesome. New Years Day rocked the opening. In This Moment put on an incredible show between the songs and costumes. Finally Halestorm was remarkable i have loved this band for along time. This was the first time i got to see them. Lzzy’s voice is amazing. She is so talented I think she could sing anything and it would be beautiful. Arejay Hale drumming is sick. He is one of the best drummers i have seen. Can’t wait to catch them again.

Friday night gig ,all the ingredients were there for a fantastic evening,2 support bands which I got to say were superb and built the evening up perfectly to what we'd come to see..Halestorm were everything I expected live and 10 times more,a heavy sound that pulsated the theatre and at times seemed to shake the very seat you were sat on. Lzzy Hale is the ultimate front woman for a band ,she's got the lot...looks,vocal range,guitar and could hold the crowd in the palm of her hand I took my son and it was his first gig of any kind and even though this is not his particular genre he is now hooked I'd like to thank all the bands for a special evening The only downside was we lost our used ticket stubs and being a avid music fan I'd collected 35 years of of concert ticket stubs and this one is going to be missing I've still got the memories I suppose

Halestorm, Starset & New Years Day were awesome, but The El Rey had very little seating. when I looked around most of the stools had beers on then instead of people. Plus, it was hard to see the van unless you stood on the floor in the back. 4 hours standing on a hard wood floor was too much. Sorry El Rey won't be back. Can't wait for Lzzy and gang to come back to Albuquerque. .... love them! :-) Blessings Always

Amazing as usual. And the killer for me is that during show towards end, i held up my custom jersey for joe to see it. And he did. He signaled me to hand it to him ,so i did. He took it to lzzy and she put it on for the rest of the show. Then joe signaled me to stay there after the show. After the show i got all 4 signatures live in person on two of my items. #HaleOfaShow.

This was the first time I'd seen Halestorm. I've always thought Lzzy had an amazing voice so I was hoping she'd be just as good live. I wasn't disappointed. That woman is one of the best rock singers ever. Add to that a great venue and quite possibly one of the best sounding concerts ever (clear over loud and distorted) and I have to say I'm still buzzing today. Will definitely recommend seeing this band and, if all concerts at Metropolis have the same sound man, I recommend the venue too. All in all an amazing show!!!!
