Raya Star

Raya Star has been playing and creating music ever since she was 13 years old. Music has always been a part of her life and influenced her throughout her journey. She believes that we are all here on this planet to share our knowledge with one another and grow from each other. Raya Star plans on doing this by sharing her music and message with the world. This 20 year old independent musician spent the summer of 2012 traveling across Europe exploring the music scene and busking through the streets. She recently has played shows in Calgary at Local002 Tavern, Vancouver at Falconetti's, Shorty's Coffee Bar in Eckville, Waves Coffee House in Sylvan, The Vat in Red Deer, and Nice N' Sleazy in Glasgow. She has upcoming shows this summer in Sylvan Lake and Red Deer and will be touring through British Columbia at the end of August for 12 days. Raya has plans of creating and recording new music in 2014. Musician and songwriter from Red Deer, Alberta living in Montreal.
