About Saalim Ismail
Saalim Ismail (born 3rd May 1985), is a South African music artist and certified transformation life coach.
Since starting out at the age of 14 as an entertainer, Saalim gained popularity among his people through winning several talent contests, regular performances in the Western Cape and across South Africa at prestige events where he shared the stage with some of the country’s household names such as; Freshly Ground, Danny K, Loyiso Bala, and Heinz Winkler which are but a few to mention, and he has also worked with the late legendary Taliep Petersen and Zayn Adam who both praised him for his vocal talent. Saalim is no stranger to the media who has featured him for various musical and philanthropic projects, and has released his debut single entitled ‘Walking Away’ worldwide in 2013.
Throughout his musical journey, charity has always formed part of his career by supporting several organizations such as; CANSA, Diabetes SA, The Tygerbear Foundation, and the Woodside Special Care Centre which are but a few to mention off this lengthy list.
Education has always formed part of Saalim’s upbringing, and to date he graduated at Stellenbosch University for Business Management, Damelin College for Sound and Music Production, and Transformation Academy for Transformation Life Coaching.
