Jad Wio

Jad Wio is a pretty obscure french band, that could be described with terms like cabaret and fetish. The band consists mainly of Denis Bortek doing the lead vocals and Kbye pulling the guitar strings. Denis Bortek is the frontman of Jad Wio also one of the main attractions of the band, crossdressing on stage like a burlesque singstar and doing it with pretty much succes.
Beside their often swinging music, Jad Wio turn to their french roots regularly, exploring the "chanson française" in their own, kinky ways.

Because if there is one word to describe Jad Wio with, that's the word: kinky. Most (if not all) of the lyrics are wordplays and puns on almost everything that is prohibited or deviant. Ranging from BDSM ("C'est ça") to phone sex ("3615 mad sex"), including drugs ("marie-jane"), these are not songs for the sensible ears.
Unfortunatly there are so many wordplays and puns that are so very French that the text becomes un-translatable.
