Hamell On Trial

Ed was in great form, it's always a good time with great songs, stories, and his signature ascerbic humor. Opener Dustbowl Faeries were an unexpected treat, I'll be looking out to catch them again.

Hamell never disappoints! I had seen him put on a phenomenal show over 15 years ago in NYC and he's still just as engaging, passionate, & funny. His son contributed some poetry and comedy as well as performing a few songs with Ed, which was a great addition. I had a great evening and went home with two of Ed's paintings.

Five stars isn’t enough. Like nothing anyone has ever seen before. Do not miss.

Hamell IS the shit

Hammell is amazing. Great show - immersive experience.

Hamell commands the stage like no other. His guitar wraps you in intensity. And he pulls out a little bit of everything from the blues to a waltz. He is a master of punk-folk storytelling of side-stream and less fortunate characters. His approach is incredibly fast-paced, witty, focused, over thought, and on the mind-blowing side of verbose. His perspective are often amazing with a righteous, humorous and clever, but clear attack on intolerance and injustice. Not for everyone's taste but should absolutely be seen by everyone at least once.

Have seen him countless times. Always incredible!
