Committed

Committed was a hardcore band from Cleveland, Ohio. They sounded a lot like Youth of Today. If you didn't know already, that's a good thing. A real good thing.


Band Bio -
Committed is an intense 3-piece heavy emo rock outfit from Chester County, PA that formed in early April 2001. They are lead by guitarist/vocalist Greg Smith, bassist/bgvs Chris Hill, and drummer/bgvs Clark Vincent. Summer 2001 they recorded their first album "Contrary to Popular Belief". Dozens of shows later, Committed headed back to the studio in June 2002 and completed their debut professional album, "Jigsaw" after several months of work. Less than a year later, Committed signed with Driven Records to complete their 3rd album, "Green Light Go (ep)". Their newest release was recorded with their producer (Chris Morris), their new bassist Chris Hill and their new drummer Clark Vincent! Their Newest Renovatio (which means rebirth in Latin) was released by Below the Radar Records and they're already working hard on a new full length. With a growing bunch of rabid fans and an increasing repertoire of songs, Committed is looking forward to their new demo which will be sent out to labels early 08!
