Sara Renar

Sara Renar is a Zagreb-based singer-songwriter, composer, producer and performing artist whose work moves between experimental pop, electronic music and contemporary singer-songwriter traditions.

Active as an independent artist since 2013, she has released multiple critically acclaimed records and performed extensively across Europe and the region. Her work has earned a Porin Award for Best Female Vocal Performance, an IMPALA European Independent Album of the Year nomination, and numerous other awards and nominations.

Known for immersive live performances built around voice, electronics, loops and a constantly evolving band setup, Renar moves freely between the intimacy of songwriting and the intensity of experimental sound. Alongside her recording and touring career, she composes for theatre, film and multimedia projects.

Her latest album, *Nježne riječi* (*Gentle Words*), continues this exploration of songwriting, electronics and sound—music made for close listening, but very much alive on stage.
