What a night! Blessed to meet the amazingly talented Andy Allo during her first live show in Atlanta! She exceeded all of my expectations. My personal highlight of the night was when she started taking requests near the end of her set. My all-time favorite song of hers is “Knew You at All” from her debut album “UnFresh” so I called out for it without hesitation. She graciously obliged and delivered an absolutely stunning rendition! I already loved that song before, but I’ll hold a much deeper connection to it now. Immediately after the show, she hung out for a fan meet and greet and I walked away with a personally autographed album.
Andy, thank you for being so authentic, down-to-earth, funny (didn’t see that coming), and for sharing those vibes with your fans! Come back soon!

About Andy Allo
Cameroon-born singer and songwriter Andy Allo is an artist who is truly paving her own path with a sound and vibe that is uniquely her own.
Andy released her first album, UnFresh, in 2009 and two years later, joined Prince's New Power Generation as a singer/guitarist and worked with the legend on her sophomore album, Superconductor. That album featured a funk/soul sound and made it to #4 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. She has performed on Jimmy Kimmel, Guitar Center Sessions and showed her acoustic chops on a Billboard Sessions Exclusive.
In 2015, she released an EP, Hello, featuring 4 songs where she explored her love for pop and rock and in 2017 released One Step Closer EP where she dove deeper in to her acoustic singer-songwriter roots. Now Andy has a new single titled, Angels Make Love, which has a stunning music video produced by Lena Waithe featuring beautiful LGBT couples and people of color. Of her new project, Andy explains, “I feel like this is just the beginning of my story. It’s a journey and I feel with each record I'm getting closer to who I am as an artist and songwriter. There's still a lot I want to share with the world."
Andy has toured extensively throughout the US, Europe, and Canada. She starred in the anticipated sequel, Pitch Perfect 3 and is the lead of a new Amazon TV Show titled 'Upload' from the creators of The Office.
"We knew she'd be leading her own revolution soon," adds Prince. Indeed, that soon is now.
