About Fuller
Los Angeles alternative artist Fuller’s debut EP, Crush Me merges a lifelong diet of post-punk, alt pop, and indie rock; crafting clever songs packed with tongue-in-cheek musings on love, loss, and the condition of the modern millennial.
Upon arriving on the west coast at the start of 2019, J.P. Welsh (the man behind the moniker) began work with producer Eric Palmquist (Half-Alive, Tate McRae & Bad Suns) on the five anthemic tracks that would become Crush Me. The EP quickly surpassed a million streams on Spotify and peaked at #16 on the FMQB Album Charts, finding spins on SiriusXM's Alt Nation in the process.
Following the success of Crush Me, Fuller returned from the studio with follow up single "High Life" - a self confident indie-pop anthem on denying the naysayers. The track enlists a mix of fizzy synths and slick hooks to paint the picture of a slacker, happy with the "low life" others see. From the looks of it, Fuller is chalk full or new material and poised to explode in 2022.
