About Majesty Of Revival

Ukrainian band MAJESTY OF REVIVAL (Progressive/Power Metal) was formed by Dimitriy Pavlovskiy (POWERSQUAD, GROTESQUEORCHESTRA) in 2009. Brilliant Symphonic power metal with really heavy riffs and absolutely demented guitar solos. You will be transported into a futuristic landscape of chaos and the outer reaches of the power metal genre – from hard rock through heavy riffs with neoclassical vibration's, to thrash/speed metal – all sounds that the band use to create their unique style. The beginning... In 2009, the band consisted of only 3 people. In 2010 after 2 small demos, the bassist and drummer left, but Dimitriy continued writing material. At the end of 2010, drummer Vasilij Irzhak joined the band and at the beginning of 2011, keyboardist Grotesk, vocalist Olexa Dynnyk and bassist Trajan Mustyace joined also. With this line-up in June 2011, they released a promotional EP "Meaning Of Life". The EP received a lot of positive feedback and the title song “Meaning Of Life” and “Blind” were included in several compilations such as "Metal Doll Compilation", "Imperative Compilation" & others. The band also received offers from several labels to release a full-length album. In June, Dimitriy began recording an album for his solo-project PowerSquad (full band nowadays). Later this solo album was released by HeartOfSteel/Medival Records, because the recording of the debut MOR album had stopped. Debut album... In autumn 2011, Olexa Dynnyk left and Dmitriy started to search for a new vocalist who he found in October, when Konstantin Naumenko (SUNRISE, W Angels CONQUEST) joined the band. In the same month they started to record a full-length album and soon after, Grotesk left being immediately replaced by Marat Adiev (ATLANTIS). In March 2012, the debut album "Through Reality" was completed and the band negotiated a deal with Metal Scrap Records. The album was released on May 30th by Total Metal Records, a division of Metal Scrap Records, the album gaining many positive feedbacks - Legacy - 10/15, Rockcor - 5/5, Mundo Rock - 8.5/10, HardCity - 4/5, Atmosfear - 9/10, Terroraiser - 9/10! “IRON GODS”... In July 2012 the band entered the studio to record a new album and they began recording with two vocalists. Olexa Dynnyk returned to the line-up and Vasiliy Irzhack left due to poor health to be replaced by Dennis Fursov (Reustmarkt). During recording of the second album, the band performed several gigs. Later, in January 2013, Majesty Of Revival deals with REAL MEDIA MUSIC management/tour/booking agency, to improve the bands representation on the European scene. After recording of the album was finished in Spring 2013, Dennis Fursov left the band and Vasiliy Irzhack returned and they began to search for a label. In September, they announced a new line-up, which gave a series of gigs. New album Iron Gods out 30/11/2013 in europe via Metalism Records; Rest of world - 17/01/2014 via Power Prog Records.
