Kes The Band

This is my second time seeing Kes The Band and I will always pay to see them! Always an amazing show! Good vibes! Great music!!! Amazing performers! Kes I love you!!!

It's Tuesday on the Rocks!!! and I'm still reminiscing about this past weekend. Kes The Band did not disappoint it was like pre Labor day weekend in July. It was definitely one for the books, and one for the culture. I speak for every Caribbean island when I say we are proud of you Kes. Keep doing you're thing and keep the Caribbean culture alive.

The performance and guest artists were SUPERB! A Kes The Band event never disappoints! However, the venue needs to find a better way to project the sound other than forward. For this performance, there wasn't any surround sound and the patron experience on the sides and in the bleachers were compromised. Also, the seating chart offered by Ticketmaster is not accurate for the venue. It shows the bleachers behind General Admission area when it is actually off to the sides (some view blocked by tree branches). The bleacher area represented on the Ticketmaster seating chart are offered as an upgrade closer to event date - in addition to the ticket entry cost. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency prior to ticket purchase. If I upgraded to those seats, the total cost to attend was going to be over $600 for two people.

The Kes, event was top notch. Ohh I love the little suprises kTB had for us. They definitely didn't hold back, giving us hit after hits...the venue was great and the entrance to get in went very smoothly. Hopefully KTB comes back next year. Yaya ❤️

Sold out show. Always, always a rush of adrenaline at a soca event...the Trinibagonian and Caribbean culture is alive. People from multiple Caribbean islands and countries from across the world come together to enjoy energetic music. Kes the Band definitely delivered an enjoyable experience.

This was my first Kes show and it was amazing or beyond amazing. I am planning to attend every year now! Certainly a great show! We enjoyed JW's entertainment.

AMAZING concert!! The ENERGY was there and amazing vibes. Kes gets so up close and personal with the audience and really engages. At first the bass and instruments were a little loud so it was hard to hear the words in the songs, but it got better. Amazing concert, I will definitely see Kes and J boog again!

I traveled from New York to Boston to dance the night away with Kes The Band and it was so worth it. The energy, the vocals, the instruments and the performance was phenomenal. It was my first time and it won't be my last time. I can't wait to see Kes The Band again. I also enjoyed the artist that opened up too. Much love to both artists! Life is music. One Love.

Kes was amazing! They brought great energy and did a great show. Salute as a whole was a mess, they opened over an hour late, they were still doing sound check over an hour into the festival. They only had one bar area and two food vendors. The lines were over an hour wait for food or drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, they did the best they could with what they were given but unfortunately the planning was terrible.

The concert was great, entertainment excellent, however the bar was the greatest disappointment. Premium drinks finished early and persons were refused refund in chit's remaining in their hands after not being able to purchase drinks if their choice due to unavailability.

Kes the Band and their guests brought an authentic and elevated Caribbean music to the world and Raleigh NC. The Lincoln theatre was an intimate venue that allowed the audience to get a personalized vibrant energetic performance of this talented band from Trinidad and Tobago. We danced jumped and waved as a participatory community to celebrate the one human spirit that must move when the vibes are just right. Great date night for hubby and I. Very inclusive show for all were welcome there! Don’t miss out if Kes the Band comes to your town you have to be there !

Kes came energized and ready to entertain us all. With many surprise guest artists. The best KTB show I’ve seen so far. To see Shaggy, Voice, Anika made the trip worth every mile.

First time seeing Kes The Band it was hype! Lots of good Carribean energy and one love for the music of the islands! Loved the effects and the guests - Shaggy was a treat 😀

While I'm still not fond of the location and layout, the show itself was EXCELLENT!!!!! Kes the band always delivers. Always. Even the guest acts were on point. It was a memorable show. Especially his performance with shaggy.

Kes always brings amazing energy. The band was fire! Nothing like sweet soca played live. So happy they finally made it to the West Coast. Jimmy October with that fresh new music and J Perry loved every moment, looking forward to seeing him in concert again.

Excellent performance. Lots of energy from Kes and lots of engagement with the crowd/fans. Nice performance by Jimmy October and J. Perry on Liki Tiki. As for the venue, bartender service was lacking, especially from the culturally appropriated bartender. Fillmore... Do better!

Kes is my favorite artist. He always delivers a great high energy full of love sensuality n movement. Kes is everything. I love you Kes n the band!!!

The show was great. I am glad I purchased general admission tickets as I was directly in front of the stage and was able to touch Kes' hands a few times ;) I did, however, have difficulty when I arrived at the entrance of the event. I was told my e-ticket was invalid when the security scanned the barcode on my phone. Fortunately, I was allowed admission anyway. I had a great time. This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to.

KTB always puts on an amazing show! We had so much fun! A week later, I'm still on cloud 9. We really needed this. I'm so happy I could be there. 💜
