Dave Elkins voice is just as angelic as 20 years ago. His passion for playing The Everglow album front to back, and the excitement of seeing the older fans in attendance was so cool. The show was magical, can’t wait for a new album!

Pros: Dave’s vocals, the light-up violin, cozy/intimate venue, learned they are going back on tour to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Everglow in the fall. Con: Was a very laid back acoustic set. Mae’s music has such amazing energy, but I feel like some of it was lost in an acoustic setting. Hoping the anniversary show brings more of that amazing energy I’ve come to love from their music!

Fabulous performance by Mae! Opening bands were also entertaining. Thank you all for putting on concerts for fans old enough to finally be able to travel and enjoy your talent!!

APFO absolutely crushed it, and VEAUX is one of my new favorite bands. As for Mae, every single song they played had their best energy and Dave told us the story of D:B and what it meant to him and the band. The venue, though a tad small, had amazing atmosphere, and the sound was balanced immaculately for all three bands. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best local concert I have ever been to. Cheers to Mae and happy birthday D:B and Dave!!!

This show was incredible! Hearing all these songs took me back to high school when this album came out. All the feels and nostalgia. You could tell the band was having a great time and vibing off the crowd, who was singing every word along with them. The small venue allowed everyone to really feel up close and personal with the band. If they ever played here again, I’d go back.

Had an absolute blast and met so many wonderful new people. Veaux was a stellar opening band, and MAE was outstanding!

I f*****g love Mae! My wife and baby went out to Florida ahead of me to see family and were THERE FOR THIS SHOW. I won’t be out there until the end of December. I am crushed I came so close to seeing them but didn’t get to. However, I did not to see the show to know that Mae killed it. The Mae EPs are the greatest thing to have ever graced your ears. If you don’t know, you will x*x

18 years of being a fan, Mae is unforgettable. So happy to meet them and enjoy their acoustic set. I’m looking forward to many more years with Mae.

Mae put on a great show as always. The venue was a really good spot to get a small, intimate experience with the band. The performance was excellent with vocals and music well balanced despite not getting to do a sound check. After the show, they did a meet and greet, which was awesome to get to chat briefly with such wonderful creators! Can't wait to see them, agajn!

Mae was fantastic last night! I've seen them eight times now and this is one of the better for sure. The sound was on point and very full and the stage presence was strong. The song choices were a good mix that covered some hits and tracks spread across their albums. I was surprised to see an additional guitarist with them this time. Dave brought his 3 year old daughter onstage and in one of the more adorable and heart warming moments I have seen in a show. My only complaint about the show last night is that they weren't the headliners and so they didn't get to play as many songs. Nothing against the starting line, but Mae stole the show! THANK YOU to Dave and crew for an amazing night! Looking forward to seeing them for the 9th time next time they are in the area.

Saw they were playing the Wonderbar in Asbury Park when we planned our vacation , listened to them to familiarize myself with their music, and they put on a great show, easily winning my wife and I over as new fans!!

there are truly no words to describe the feeling of my body soaking in the LIVE jams & words that have been written on my heart for nearly 2 decades. Mae has soothed my soul through the good, the bad & the ugly, and continues to be my favorite for that reason. thank you for always coming back to your early roots in the Big D, we really dig you guys!!

Mae always delivers. They did so again. This is the best kept secret of an amazing band. I saw Zach before the show and he was really kind. Then during the show he said we were a supportive crowd, so I doubled down on “supportive” and said “you’re smart, you’re pretty, you’re talented,” and he said he didn’t tell us to mock him. Lol Great band. Great show.
