A tiger, an electro rapper-producer Indonesian-Australian chick, and an alternative rock-guitarist-rapper-producer chic hailing from Jamaica walk into a studio. KOWABUNGA TYGA happens. Enki & Dion Mac aka KOWABUNGA TYGA is a band and DJ duo that takes listeners on a fun, quirky and bad-ass trip through their musical musings. The Brooklyn based duo first bonded as friends after realizing their shared love for prank calls, impersonations, pop culture, yoda, unicorns, wu-tang, fergie, general tomfoolery and everything else in between. Building on their friendship, they decided to explore songwriting, production, and dj’ing together, and the sound they created was a CRUNK humanized feline ball of power (with pink laser beams) that could only be given justice with the name KOWABUNGA TYGA.
