Show took place outside on the Pittsfield Village Farm above the banks of the Otter Creek Valley and just a few miles from the town of Proctor, where Caitlin grew up. Beautiful Vermont Summer Evening- large crowd! Caitlin was accompanied by her husband Noam Pikelny along with members of the Vermont Symphony. Stunning ! Caitlin offered some of her best work most of which was hauntingly inspired by the very same area where she was performing. The audience was most receptive and Caitlin was very happy and extremely appreciative! Great night!

I've been to several of Caitlin's performances and she never fails to delight. She was in great form after a 2 year absence from the stage, but seemed quite comfortable and instantly had the crowd with her opening number "Get Up, Get Up". Accompanied by her talented husband, Noam Pikelny, her set was perfectly chosen with a mix of her well-known songs and some new ones which promised to be instantly popular. Her versatile voice can be subtle and breathy, pure and sweet, or full-throated, and she used it fittingly with each number. Caitlin and Noam's repartee was comfortable, down to earth and often humorous; and it drew the crowd closer with that casual and intimate flavor. She received several standing ovations, including after her final song which had the crowd asking for more. She graciously accommodated an encore by singing a cover of "Tennessee Waltz", which she sang with style and her perfect phrasing. She followed with her wistful song "Come By The Highway Home", inviting the crowd to chime in on the chorus. In all, her new and old fans welcomed her back to the stage enthusiastically, and are eagerly looking forward to more gems from this singer-songwriter-poetess in her upcoming new album.

Amazing show! I enjoyed hearing her for the 1st time; her music is so impactful. She gave it her all, but @ moments it seemed like she didn't know what to do w/ the intimate crowd. Nonetheless everyone stayed engaged & it was a total shared experience. Really great!

First time seeing Caitlin live and she did not disappoint. Great voice and a wonderful stage presence . Her voice,humor,smile,and just her overall personality won over a lot of people who may not have been familiar with her prior to seeing her .

great entertainment in a great venue

Caitlin only did a few songs, but did do a couple with The Stray Birds. It was all good, but I would have liked to hear more of her.
