The Hooters

I've been attending Hooters concerts since the early-mid 1980's, when I was around 11 years old. Having seen them hundreds of time back home, and a few times in California over the years, all I can say is that they're like a fine wine ... they've always been great, and have improved with age. Everyone in the audience loved the show; it was obvious who the other locals from Philly were, and who was watching them for the first time, and the general consent was the same: THESE BOYS ROCK! The venue was clean, SMOKE-FREE, and the staff was fantastic. There was ample free parking that was well-lit with plenty of security cameras for a feeling of safety for those of us females who attend concerts alone. As a musician and professional DJ, I was impressed with the sound system: clean, crisp, loud enough but not overbearing, and the only negative thing I have to say is that I wish that each band could have performed for more than an hour.

I’ve seen these guys at least a dozen times over the years and they’re ALWAYS great! Such a fun band. Their energy spills out into the crowd and everyone just looks so happy! The songs they played from the new album were much better live in my opinion. Also, I REALLY like the faster version of Time after time they’ve been doing lately.

As for a band that gets hardly any airplay, they were very good. They got me dancing and excited 😊

Man, LA's been Hooters-deprived for 30 years and, boy, did we feel it! Last night at the YouTube Theater? Pure 80s magic with a modern twist. Still can’t believe they weren't the headliners – these guys have still have the magic of Nervous Night. Here’s hoping they don’t keep us waiting another three decades! The Hooters, LA’s missed ya and we want more! 🤘

They were fantastic! Working with the audience, playing their hits and bantering as well as giving background information about their songs. High energy and great music! The venue is amazing as well!

I rediscovered the Hooters on Spotify a few years ago. One of the most underrated and FUN bands of our lifetime! Had no idea they were still touring and putting out really great music (though I'm not big on what they did with some of the old tunes on Rock and Swing, though I like Why Don't You Call Me Back - fun little ska number). The Cape May concert was awesome!! Still sounded like they did in the 80's which is amazing..... Satellite, Johnny B, Day by Day, And We Danced, plus my newer favorites I'm Alive and Silver Lining. I guess they don't sing Pissing in the Rhine in the US LOL but I memorized the chorus just in case! What a fun night. Great seaside venue in a great town to enjoy it (though we stayed in Wildwood up the road). Highly recommend. They still got it!

I saw The Hooters for the 9th time and they were awesome as usual.

Band was tight as ever. Played all the hits from the 80’s as well as some new stuff. Played 22 songs over 2 hours and sound was awesome. I wish could have closed with their version of Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds to bring the house down. But all in all it was a great performance.

This was my first time seeing these guys in decades! I worked Security for them at a gig in college & they were super cool at soundcheck before the show & they rocked the house that night. Amazingly they’ve still got it all these years later - killer band & killer show!

Fun time - I never got to see them live when I was younger. Was great to see them on stage with Rick Springfield. They sounded good and love their music! So many instruments. I wish they had done a longer set to fit in a few more of their hits but overall thumbs up if you are a long-time Hooters fan!

Great show, haven't seen the Hooters since they closed the Revel Casino in 2014. They were just as good as they wewe 9 years ago. If you want to see them I highly recommend it.

Fantastic show! The Hooters still being a fun and high energy show! The Youngstown Foundation Amphitheater was a great venue for this event!

What a show!! Took me back to the summer of ‘85 when I was living at the beach! They sounded amazing! Even better than I remembered!! Sound system was perfect and they put on a high energy performance that lasted just over 2hrs!! Not to be missed!

The Hooters are one of the best Bands i know , and yes they brought the music Back into town ♥️🎼🎶🎵❤️

Wenn das Konzert wie ursprünglich geplant im Waldschwimmbad gewesen wäre, so dass man nicht gute 2 Stunden im eigenen Saft steht, wäre es top gewesen. Die Band kann am Ende nix dafür, sie haben richtig Klasse abgeliefert!!! Macht immer wieder Spaß und ist echt schön zu sehen, wie gut sie sich auch untereinander verstehen. Dass sie in Deutschland auch ein paar deutsche Lieder spielen und ein wenig deutsch reden, zeigt wie wohl sie sich hier fühlen! Immer wieder ein Erlebnis

Keswick Theatre is best venue for a Hooters show. The crowd was energetic and up on feet most of the night. Definitely worth seeing them there again. I have posted some videos on Youtube from the Saturday performance.

Great show. Played for over 2 hours with 2 encores. First encore was acoustic which was really cool.
