Fantastic show, including a special unplugged mini set in the middle of the audience!

He’s a national treasure. Fresh, new material and reworked old favorites. Great show.

I have been to about 7 or so of Alejandro's shows and they are always amazing. Great musicians accompanying him, and for this show James Matro on guitar and vocals really filled out the songs beautifully. Every time I have seen Alejandro it's been a very diffeeent experience, from the glam rock Buick MacKane show, to the show with cello and violin accompaniment. Each is special. This tour version was a more rocking one, and he had everyone hooked a few bars into the first song. More energy than bands 1/3 his age. He did mix it up after the first few heavier numbers and showcased the new versions of past favourites from his echo dancing LP. Very new and interesting takes that were highlights of the show for me. Interesting he chose Like A Hurricane for the closer, and was a great way to cap off the evening. Reminded me of another great show, from brothers from a doffeeent mother, Los Lobos, many years ago down at the Toronto waterfront. They closed with a great version of Cinnamon Girl. Hmmmm.... Please come back soon Alejandro!

Alejandro always does great show. The entire band went into & amongst the crowd playing songs making it very personable before returning to the stage.

So Al played a set the night before the Nuggets 25 concert. A fun night, great stories in between songs, and some songs I’m not sure I’d ever heard live.

The show was phenomenal! Thanks to Prescott Park and Staff for having such a great lineup of musicians, and to Alejandro Escovedo and his band for the great music!

Great show as always! First time to see him outdoors in the daylight and probably not his normal dedicated fans. Very cool to see him come out for the encore with the Don Was All-Stars to sing the Stooge's "I Wanna Be Your Dog".

Alejandro embodies the very spirit of independent rock'n roll. The shows are a communion with an edge!

Opening act Neil was a great musician but needs more upbeat tunes. Conversational dirges set to music are a drag. Not a great opener for AE. AE was fantastic.

Great singer and band, great place and food was really good.

Always a great experience. Each show I have seems from AE is a unique gem into itself. Seen him 2 or more times a year since 2004.

So great to see Alejandro as part of the Help the Hoople fundraiser concert for Scott McCaughey. What a wonderful community. This might be my favorite show of 2018 and it was Jan 5!

Two and a half hours of fantastic music from an artist who is totally committed to rock. Great songs, really tight band, amazing guitar work. Plus, an excellent opening set by Jesse Malin that set the bar high for Alejandro.

I like full band better but the stories were great

Me Escovedo & The Sensitive Boys were locked & tight over the course of the hour & a half set. Music ranged from distortion laden rock 'n roll to soulful ballads but primarily rock'n roll. Top calibre musicians and an audience interactive band leader made for a hot show not to be missed.
