Maile is a soulful singer-songwriter born and raised in Haleʻiwa, Hawaiʻi, with musical roots extending to California. She began her singing career in California in 2008 and has since returned to her home in Hawai'i, performing at various venues and touring as a support for Reggae artist, JBoog, and Hawaiian music artist, Josh Tatofi. Known for her distinctive blend of soulful energies and audience connection, Maile released her debut single, “Sailing,” in early 2020. Beyond her solo work, she collaborates extensively with other artists, providing vocal support and arrangements. Notably, she is one half of gospel duo @blakexmaile and has contributed background vocals for multiple island artists.
