Fantastic show from British Lion, great energy from the band to a small crowd. Merch available at show was good, $50 per shirt. Good range of songs from both British Lion albums, with Tony Moore opening the show as support act. British Lion were on stage for around 2 hours. Venue was well organised for entry, but only had very minimal seating available, would have been good to see more tables and stools available. Upstairs was closed off, so couldn't lean along balcony tables. 90% standing room only. Overall a great show.

British Lion did a great show. STEVE HARRIS, his energy is amazing. Seeing concerts abroad for the first time, and doing it in Tokyo was eye opening to say the least. The venue was fantastic. The staff were great. It says a lot about the people here.

These guys are tight AF! 🤘🏻 Reignited my love of music! The Burning is an excellent album. Would definitely watch them again!

Strings is a great, intimate, venue and it was heaving on Saturday night! As a huge fan of Iron Maiden, it was fab to have founding member and bassist, Steve Harris, with his band British Lion, perform here. The band were ace and really got the crowd going. I loved it! Tickets were only £20, so incredible value for money. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the venue in time to see the support act, Tony Moore, who I understand was also very good.

Incredible show. My first time visiting colchester art centre and I loved it. A very unique venue. British Lion themselves were outstanding,they are so tight live and seeing Steve Harris in such a small venue was very special indeed. If you get chance to see them live,do it.

Brilliant gig, band was tight and professional, vocalist was brilliant. Would definitely go to see them again.

What an epic gig…. The band were tight… Richard’s Vocals were on point! David is just insane and say no more about the Legend that is Steve Harris… I highly recommend see British Lion… I hope to add to my tally of 6 times soon!

What a fantastic night and awesome Value for money! Three great bands that just got better and better as the night went on! Airforce sounded great and looked like they were loving… Voodoo Six took it up a notch and if this is there first gig in three years, they are only going to get tighter…. British Lion…. Well Steve gets most of the headlines, but make no doubt… they are a band… an extremely good band and they all contribute to that… David Hawkins is inspired and I love Richards vocals!!! What a way to start 2023…

The sound was muddy but Steve's bass was clearly focused upon by sound guy. The show itself is like listening to a bunch of iron maiden b sides.
