Inspired by the early days of electronic music, michel sacher was looking up to artists like: cosmic baby, sven väth, jam & spoon & jeff mills to name a few. around 1992 michel started djing, totally in love with this new art of music. in those days "electronic music" had a totally different impact to the music industry than today. soon he realized that there was more than only mixing records, he was deeply impressed by producing the sound he was mixing. the passion for all those things gave him a chance to see all facets of electronic music, michel worked as A&R for a label and at the same time kept working hard in the studio, releasing records which gave him the opportunity to play at nearly every important club & festival in switzerland! todays music has changed, but not the passion for the music itself. music is in a constant evolution and michel is following it with the same philosophy he had back in the days: don't believe the hype! meanwhile michel is resident for one of the most innovative clubs in switzerland, nordstern in basel, which is at the same time his homebase for his studio he shares with andrea oliva. expect more releases and co productions for the future…stay tuned! http://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/michelsacher http://www.soundclou.com/michelsacher http://www.twitter.com/MichelSacher1 http://www.nordstern.com
