About TakaLaiton
TakaLaiton is a four-piece band from Finland based in Lappeenranta.
The music contains songs in two different languages, finnish & english and is best described as it has elements like Pantera's crunching riffs, melodic groove metal with thrash metal attitude and their stage presence is often told to be one of the most energetic, fun to watch and fan friendliest, by many fans, sound engineers etc.
Since 2015, the band has released 3 EP's (87889595, Kahdet Kasvot and SisuKastraatio 1&2) and has toured in Finland, but also in many other countries including Russia, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary and Czech Republic.
Currently the band is focusing on writing new songs for the upcoming debut album, which will also be containing songs in two languages. The album will be produced by Teemu Aalto who has worked with bands such as Omnium Gatherum, Insomnium.
