About Brianna Thomas
An alumnus of the Betty Carter Jazz Ahead Program at the Kennedy Center, Brianna Thomas released her debut album, You Must Believe in Love in 2014. She has toured nationally and internationally with her own band in addition to Wynton Marsalis, Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, the Count Basie Orchestra, Dianne Reeves and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Steve Miller. She has sold out venues such as the Appel Room in New York City with her “Ella Sang The Blues” project and her Mahalia Jackson project. Plans are underway to record the Brianna Thomas Band for release in 2019.
