Brad grew up in Woodburn, IN and began playing guitar at the age of ten. His musical influences began early listening to his parents' country collection which ranged from Merle Haggard to The Statler Brothers. In his teens, he migrated to predominately guitar oriented rock and eventually to the blues. This diverse blend over the years has given him an appreciation for all styles of music. Brad now resides in Greenwood with his wife, Kristi, and two sons, Blake and Brock. Angie grew up in Greenwood, IN and has always had a love for singing. She has been singing in her church's praise band for 16 years. She enjoys all types of music, but her first love is country music. She loves the stories the music tells and how a simple melody can change your mood. Angie is married to a wonderful man, Andy Sell. They tied the knot in 1997. They have four beautiful children. Driven by a passion for music and performing, Exit 99 is a Greenwood, IN based acoustic duo made up of Angie Sell and Brad Owens.
