Wave Mechanics

Ryan Johnny and Geneva met in the summer of 2013. After two years of having a large group of friends in common, but never meeting, random chance bound Geneva and Ryan together as singer and songwriter respectively. After spending a few months creating their ideal setlist of originals and covers, they began seeking the rest of the band. Around Christmas Matt Nichols was delivered unto us and the chemistry was instant. The latest chapter in our saga brings us to the arrival of our drummer, Daniel Cote. In the beginning of March, as spring timidly rounds the corner his current project fell apart, and after a quick jam with Matt and Ryan the decision was made, and the quartet completed. Songwriting wrapped in Rock n' Roll, garnished with funk, seasoned with jazz, smoked over the blues, and slow-roasted over country with a dash of soul.
