Danny Bright

Danny is a native of Ostrava who first got into music at an early age during piano lessons. But he discovered DJing later around 2007. Since then, he has gone through musical development from house, through progressive-house, tech-house, tech-trance to techno, which he has been playing continuously since 2014. His sets are energetic, full of raw industrial sounds , but also melodies and pleasant bass lines. Sometimes they are hard and uncompromising, sometimes they are melodical and pleasant to listen to. Everything depends on the event, space, audience reactions and line-up. Danny loves music, he loves to dj, he loves to party. In addition to CD players, Danny often uses an external effector and recently also a sampler for his performances. That makes his performance interesting and exciting. During his 15 years behind the mix, Danny performed in most of the Czech top clubs, represented big names and regularly performed at all important electronic festivals. It started with the Mácháč and Pleasure Island festivals in 2011, clubs like Roxy Prague, Fabric Ostrava or 7. Nebe Brno. It ended again in Macháč in 2018 and in the same year provided a stellar Pan-Pot in Roxy Prague. From 2018, Danny took a break from DJing for a few years and from the beginning of 2022 he returned to the dance scene again, publishing his regular HYPE Techno Podcast and performing primarily in the Czech Republic.
