Bowling for Soup

Awesome.... as always. Saw the boys in my local home town newcastle nsw australia. How great is that ??!!! I loved the show. The bar on the hill is a small venue so it was all very personal and up close.... loved it. Come back soon lads. Love your work. Mike W

Brilliant show. Very nostalgic and took us back to our school days. Would have loved a few more slipped in famous tracks from their career mind you but thats just us being greedy and not wanting it to end. Was sad to not have Chris there with the guys but total respect for him retiring after so many years.

Brilliant gig! Excellent venue! Only gripes, people drinking way too much, queuing for the t shirts went out of the window & everyone 6’ & over pushing in front of all the women & short arses! I’m a crutches user but leaned against the wall, rather than the designated disabled seating at the back! Can’t fault the staff or management! Thanks guys **

The venue was big, the staff were ok that worked for empire live were ok. The crew for bowling for soup were excellent. The show that bowling for soup put on was marvelous. The vip was awesome. I can't wait for another trip. But don't do the blood marrow thing. It's freaky. Other than that jaret, rob, Gary did one hell of a show!! Thank you!!

BFS was awesome. They put on a great show and their energy was so good. They had fabulous openers too. I think the acoustics of this venue s**k though, so the sound was not as good as it could have been. There were times when they were playing some of my favorite songs and I couldn’t even tell until it got to the chorus because it was really hard to make out the lyrics. And the banter between songs was almost completely inaudible. Also I paid $13 for one single drink that came in a laughably small cup and was mostly just ice. The most unbearable thing about this venue, however, was the heat. I’ve been to some hot concerts in my life, and I was totally prepared to sweat going into this one, but this was a new level of hot. Even the band was miserable and commented on the temperature after ever single song. There was zero air circulation in the building - the lobby was perfectly cool and air conditioned but the concert area itself was stifling. It was so hot that it was hard to have fun, I felt like I was just getting through the concert more than actually enjoying myself. Also was bummed the band didn’t play High School Never Ends. They may have done a second encore where they played it and I missed it, but it was way too hot to hang out and wait to see if they’d come back out. I will definitely 100% see BFS again given the opportunity but I will absolutely never return to this venue.

It was so amazing as always! I've seen them a couple of times at Warped Tour, and this was my little brother's first time seeing them. We both had an amazing time!! I'm so happy they played the Phineas and Ferb theme song cause he grew up watching that show.

Great show from As December Falls and Bowling for Soup. The venue was easy to get to while the line was long to get in it moved fairly quick. The move to have the merch in the side room instead of in the hall on the way in made it much smoother to get in compared to the last time I was there.

OMG! bowling for soup was my favourite of the entire day!!!!! they rickrolled us half way though and played my favourite songs, the banter inbetween songs was hilarious and even though chris wasn’t there it was still the best band i saw, it was quite a heavy metal ish night so to have some pop punk music in the middle was honestly so nice, and yes while i’m a bit biased because they are my favourite band i can’t wait to go to there tour next year with wheatus!!

10/10, the most fun I’ve had at a concert probably ever. Usually it’s a sore throat from signing lyrics, this time it was my cheeks hurting too from laughing so hard. Even if Bowling for Soup isn’t your typical wheelhouse of music, please do yourself a favor and see them in concert. Best vibes ever!

Awesome show they were funny the openers were great and I got to crowd surf for the first time which was awesome only issue was they talked A LOT and sometimes would pause in the middle of a song to talk but they sounded awesome and the energy was amazing

My friend, mom, and I all had a great time seeing Bowling for Soup last night. Even though the opening bands were country-leaning groups, which I tend to hate with a passion, the first guys weren’t bad and I actually really enjoyed the second group. The guys were absolutely hilarious and not a single joke didn’t land. It was wonderful; if anyone is on the fence about getting tickets, do it! You won’t regret it.

Amazing show. I enjoyed the opening bands that I had previously never heard of. When Bowling for Soup came on, y had a fun spirit to them and gave a great show with a surprising storm trooper and Vader skit for Robs birthday. They played all the songs I loved and new ones I got to enjoy for the first time. ALSO, Chris's skirt was AMAZING. I also loved learning about the organization punk rock saves lives.

The show was awesome! Full of memories from high school and the years before my knees decided to revolt! The guys are all still amazing musicians and funny as hell! My face is still sore from laughing so much! You get a comedy show and a rock concert all in one. Everyone in the crowd was dancing, singing and having a great time! I would HIGHLY recommend seeing them live!

show was great but meet and greet was a half hour late and i wanted a specific signature for a tattoo and was unable to get it due to the meet and greet being rushed. there was supposed to be an acoustic set which i expected to be similar to the last tour but we only got a few really quick songs that were also rushed. i dont know what caused this but it was not the experience i expected after also having the meet and greet and acoustic performance back in February. things happen though, the show itself was still a blast

Absolutely amazing. The Dollyrots were perfect, Lit was outstanding, and even though Gary was ill Jaret and Rob thought quickly and decided to put on an acoustic show instead of cancelling. Matt Stocks was a great dj too with amazing music taste.

The show was absolutely fantastic!! My son met Jaret last night, he was so personable and kind!! Jaret and Rob are the best…..best event of school vacation for my kids and the whole family….Thank you for a great night!! Please come back to Vermont soon….

This was my very first concert and they made it so awesome! I met a new friend who showed up for them as well. I got to snag a guitar pick and I also got to hug Jaret a lot too!
