About The Knievel Dead
Based in London, sinister indie outfit The Knievel Dead formed with the release of their first album ‘And We Sleep’. With influences from Nick Cave, Joy Division, Interpol and QOTSA.
‘And We Sleep’ quickly found its way onto BBC 6Music’s Mixtape with Tom Robinson, as well as Shoreditch Radio. They followed this up with shows around the UK and were selected for NXNE in Toronto along with headlining Hi-Hat Festival in Szczecinek, Poland. This coincided with their 2nd release, in the form of a 3-track EP titled ‘Psychosis’ which also featured on Shell Zenner’s Amazing Radio show, Roundhouse Radio and Zoe Bryant’s Hoxton Radio show.
The band released their long awaited 2nd album ‘We Will Fall’ and shortly after the previous line-up disbanded. Now up and running again with a new line up and a new EP ‘The Future Never Comes’ which dropped in 2020!
