Sunny Sweeney

She is a first rate country songwriter with a great voice and very good voice. Additionally, has a GREAT band, complete with a pedal steel guitar. The guitarist is superb.

She was fabulous! And we are so glad we went. She even signed autographs afterwards and spoke with every fan that was there for that. It was a small venue but it felt so personal to all of us. So gracious!

Sunny is just a beast. I pestered her for years to come to San Diego and she finally got close. Not much of a crowd but she definitely had solid fans there. This was similar to the weekly streams she did with Harley (and those streams got me through the covid times), but without Doug. I've absolutely got a soft spot for Sunny. I can't imagine anyone working harder or being more true to herself and her trade while trying to make a living.

Sunny Sweeney was fantastic with Harley Husband by her side, a totally acoustic set showed what an amazing voice she has. The way she chats to the crowd, tells the stories behind the songs, makes the show that much better, your get a deeper sense of her personality and she is total fun...

Her performance was very good, however short. They played one set. My favorite song was not in it. I was naively thinking that my table purchase would include the tickets to the show. For a Sunday night show that was advertised to be from 7:30 - 9:30, I didn't expect to pay $60.00+ and then purchase $15.00 a person tickets. She started on time and played untill about 8:40. I will "Not be Fooled Again." It was a disappointing experience. At nearly 72 years of age, I guess I've seen everything. 🥺

The Abilene is a nice little hidden gem! Sunny Sweeney is truly amazing! She's got healing powers that she probably doesn't realize with that beautiful voice and how the lyrics she sings are conveyed!

Great show! I've seen Sunny a few times, but this was the first time with a full band. Great show! Great stories, great tunes, great songs! Sunny Sweeney brings it every single time!

She is awesome, and I would see her again! Listen to her on Sirius/XM, and have a couple of her cds. Asleep at the Wheel is always excellent when I have seen them. Other acts were also very good. Venue was good as was VIP Section. My

Sold out show!! Sunny and her band brought it Sunday in Ft Worth! The band sounded fantastic, Harley Husbands guitar playing was on fire and Sunny was at her best.. we catch Sunny every chance we get and this show just seemed special. I’m not sure who was having a better time, the crowd or Sunny and her band. After about 90 minutes the band left the stage but the crowd was not done and kept clapping and yelling her name. Sunny and band came back out for a two song encore. I’ve been to a lot of her shows over the last couple of years and that was the first time to see them come out for an encore! It was a great way to end such a fantastic show ! If you have not had the chance to catch one of this girls’ shows, find one in your area and check her out… you will be in for quite a treat! I have said it before and I will say it again…this girl is what country music should sound like and is one of the best things country has going for it period!

The venue was great. Sunny was incredible. She’s sings REAL music. The best part is it is easy to tell she is real. She is who she is and embraces life.

We saw Sunny twice within a month, at Americansfest then in Columbus Ohio. Both shows were great! Sunny spent 90 minutes entertaining us with her country music, lots of loving, leaving and drinking songs. Her voice is lovely and strong , harmonies with her bass player and now and then her lead guitar player were outstanding. Took 2 friends to see her, never having heard her songs they came away as Sweeney fans!

Sunny and her band were Great at Radio Bristol. Was my first time at Radio Bristol and first time seeing Sunny live. I recommend everyone to visit Radio Bristol and the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. Go see Sunny live! G.R

Best show I've seen in North Carolina. Sunny Sweeney has a real way of connecting with her audience with stories about the songs. Her songs are real and will hit you right in the "feels". The band really blew me away, real tight and fun to watch (looking at you rhythm section) The venue was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bein from Texas I did find it odd that folks were standing in front of the stage, that's where folks are supposed to dance. ;-)

Sunny and her band were absolutely AWESOME! The music was super enjoyable, incredibly FUN and the musical talent of each person was clear and evident! WOW! After the show, Sunny was available for fans where she spent time talking, sharing and being the sweetest person. She looked beautiful and was truly genuine and appreciated people coming to her show.

We loved the show and Sunny Sweeney's music. We found out about the show at the last minute when we heard Sunny was talking about it on Willie's Roadhouse. It's very rare to see such a great performer and band in such an intimate venue. The band was tight, the volume was just about perfect. The band was very accessible after the show.

Sunny’s personality and voice fill the room but Jaimie Lin Wilson’s calming influence and mama charm made for a great chemistry and a fantastic event. Now we understand ‘stage rape’ and why swinging doesn’t work in a small town. Very educational!

We need more women in Country music like Sunny Sweeney!! She is the real deal!! That voice is all her own and you know it’s her as soon as the opens her mouth. She’s charming, sassy, funny and is a great storyteller! I will never miss another show when she comes around.

5 Stars!! Great show! Gilley’s in Durant is a great up close and personal venue to see all your favorite Bands! If you haven’t been sweenered you need to check her and her band out! Sunny has so many great songs many I personally relate too! She is so personable and we enjoy her show every time!! Can’t wait till she comes back in town!!
