Mandolin Whiskey

Members: Phillip Hartsock, TC Conner, Nick Allegro , Jane Gregg Formed in late 2010, Mandolin Whiskey is a blend of all things acoustic that stimulate the soul; Mandolin, Harmonica, Acoustic Guitar, Fiddle and Bass. We play music made popular by those legendary bands such as Eric Clapton, Steve Earle, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bob Seger, Van Morrison, Neil Young, The Beatles, Marvin Gaye, Santana and others. The Band; TC Conner-Lead guitarist/Vocalist: TC is a native of Central Kentucky and is a veteran musician who has played in bands such as Spider Ridge, Linefork, The Doghouse Three, and others. His soulful leads and great harmonies will exhilarate your senses. They give you that fist-pumping, make you cry and shout for joy feeling, and are close in power to that of Eric Clapton and Santana. Seriously! Nick Allegro-Bass Nick started playing guitar when he was 7 years old. He is from New Castle, PA, but has lived in Erie PA, North Carolina, Williamsburg VA, and spent 10 Years in Nashville pursuing his songwriting talents. He has sung and played in a number of bands over the years including Crossfire, Tourist, The Dorals, and Eagle Creek. He's played guitar, bass, keyboards, and even fills in at drums from time to time. Currently Nick plays bass and sings in both Mandolin Whiskey and The Main Street Lions (a classic rock band from Niles OH), as well as guitar and vocals for various projects by Common Ground Entertainment and drums for others. He also plays for his church and often donates his time playing for numerous charity events. Nick is the host of the open mics and feature performances at The Confluence, a Non-Profit Coffee House/ Restaurant benefiting The Cray Youth Foundation in downtown New Castle. Jane Gregg-Violin Jane is an accomplished Orchestra musician as well as a music teacher at Grove City Christian academy. Her smooth and polished style will absolutely melt you into your seat on one song, and chill you to the bone on the next! Jane also plays with a local band called "Muddy Creek". Phillip Hartsock Lead vocals/Rhythm Guitar/Mandolin: A native of Southeastern Kentucky, Phil was introduced to Bluegrass Music at an early age, like before he was born! His Mother, Barbara Gilliam, an incredible musician, played acoustic guitar and sang to him as an infant. He was influenced greatly by his cousin, Bluegrass recording artist Merrell Boggs. Phillip has been a guest singer with area bands including The Mudd Brothers, The Availables, Linefork, and others.
