About AnamKara
Anam’Kara was founded in 2008 by guitarist Susch and bassist Flo with the idea in mind of giving female fronted symphonic metal a new and fresh touch away from over-orchestration to a more melodic death metal oriented style.
After years of songwriting and looking out for the right band members the debut LP ‘Maze’ was finally released in Autumn 2016 and features beautiful piano and synth melodies played by Jonathan, backed with energetic blasting beats by JC and completed with Sophies’ stunning voice.
In the wake of the album release diverting visions for the bands future led to the parting of Susch and subsequent restructuring of the band. With Jonathan now on guitar duties Anam’Kara is eager to play concerts and will deliver new material soon.
