About Zephorian
Zephorian was founded by Lead Guitarist and composer Ross Peters, in late 2008. Zephorian’s individual and distinctive sound owes a lot to Ross Peters’ unique brand of combining heavy metal with aspects of melodic death metal. Ross recruited Vocalist, lyricist and Bass player Michael Banner, in early 2009. A few months later, Ross recruited Rhythm Guitarist Richard Simpson, and has since recruited Ross Nurney on Drums and Iain Shanks on Bass Guitar. In early 2015 Richard Simpson left the band and was replaced by ex Beckon guitarist Marc Coyle.
