About Bryce Pallister

Bryce Pallister is very excited to share with you his brand of "New Traditional" Country music. With a deep voice, soulful beyond his young years, Bryce Pallister at his core is a truly proud country boy; in mind, body, soul and of course, music! His instrumentation and song writing skills compliment his deep vocals, captivating audiences with his “cowboy-esque” attire complete with boots, striking features and long locks. His lyrical storytelling defines his charismatic style, a musician drawn to traditional country-southern rock splendor. Set to release his newest album in the Spring of 2013, Bryce is excited to introduce his new sound, mixing old school with organic rural rock. The first single “Down Dusty Roads” is “about leaving things in life behind and having to move on, sounds like country music to me! Through the beauty of storytelling, I can combine experience, dreams and heartfelt emotion,” shares Bryce. The song boasts a strong rhythmic pop composition with classic violin. Bryce’s voice completes the mix in this tale of loss, woe and life lessons, singing “one of these days it’s gonna turn around… down dusty roads like a rolling stone.” In contrast to the debut single, “Good Enough for my Girl” is a soft ballad, inspired by a pure and unpretentious romance. A tribute to the simple pleasures in life, this track features gentle melodies and traditional steel guitars, an ode to the likes of Bryce’s musical inspiration Hank Williams. A theme of loss and discovery is common in many tracks on the album. Ultimately Bryce is drawn to genuine country music, traditional in sound and spirit, no bells, no whistles. In follow up to his debut release, Bryce proudly continues to work with band members Brian James (Lead Guitar), Roland Deschambault (Bass), Stephen Arundell (Guitar) and Jay Tooke (Drums); all of who are also Manitoba natives. Award-winning Producer and Guitar player Murray Pulver (of Doc Walker) returns to the “Pallister” team, Producing Bryce’s sophomore release. Bryce’s latest work is in follow up to his first LP “RDY 2GO”, a highly regarded and well received premiere project. “His star is rising fast… the twangy farm boys’ personal debut is chock full of hook- filled country pop and roots rock in search of a chart to climb,” exclaims Darryl Sterdan of the Winnipeg Sun. In his brief career, Bryce already has a decade of performing experience under his large buckle belt, and he is set to tackle the country scene head on with his new musical mastering. Currently based in Manitoba, in addition to his musical talents, Bryce is keenly involved in his family’s grain farm and recently completed his Agribusiness Degree from the University of Manitoba in compliment to his Diploma in Agriculture. With music always on the brain, he remains true to his roots where you will frequently find Bryce writing music on his tractor, combining the two great loves of his life. - See more at: http://brycepallister.com/bio#sthash.YUHb0mnA.dpuf Check out my facebook page for upcoming shows and events!!
