Lan Tolleson

Lan Tolleson is an emerging Jazz/Pop singer/songwriter based in New York City. Raised in Jackson, Mississippi, he grew on jazz, pop, and bluegrass - all of which show in his work. He attended Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where he studied commercial music as a vocalist. He has been compared to artists such as Jason Mraz, Punch Brothers, and Ben Folds. When he sits down with his guitar to write, he aims to capture truths about the human experience in both his lyrics and his music, blending his personal style and experiences to create something unique and honest.
