I'm not a KP fan, but enjoyed the show big time! Filled with energy, hits, cool stuff, being personal with fans on stage and her flirting with Danish fans and their language. Great show in a great venue. Definitely worth the trip from Norway. PS: I really hate the annoying 20 something popup ads from Bandsintown while writing this.

Katy Perry brought it to TD Garden Friday evening! A tour de force of vocal, visual and physical magic! For two hours Katy strutted her stadium sized figure 8 stage, she quipped how her and performance date and the day were 8s; just a tiny example of her full immersion in the audience and performing. This was best shown when she selected audience members to participate in a song. The discovery that two were deaf and accompanied by their interpreter evoked love and admiration from her as she asked them to teach her how to say her name in sign language! Just a beautiful shared experience! Musically her band was tight and drove her songs with passion and skill! 10 highly acrobatic and synchronized dancers donned as many costume changes as Katy did! Perry emerged from the center of the 8, rising in her fab techno outfit and Never stopped flying above, around and emerging from her stage finishing with Fireworks atop a giant butterfly! Her physical stamina was incredible as she spun, floated, revolved and flipped around and circled the arena! Unfrikkin’ believable! Her catalogue is deep and we heard all the hits and more! I saw her 8 years ago here in Boston! She has evolved into a top flight performer and a joy to see!

This was a great show!! Yes there were a few mistakes, but I honestly expected so much worse due to the online hate! The theme was so cool, it was like we were in a video game. Her props like the giant woman, butterfly and capsule were just so cool. I love how she brought guests on stage, she was so funny whilst talking to them. I love her merch. She seems a bit out of breath while singing at times but it wasn’t a big deal. I do wish she had a longer concert and played more songs from her ‘Smile’ album! The main thing I was upset about was the fact that in dark horse, Juicy J has a rap solo and she did not have a back track of it! That is honestly my favourite part of the song so I was very disappointed. Over all it was a great concert, there were so many cool effects, props and costumes.

Katy Perry didn’t just deliver, she took any expectation we had way over! Every single second was entertaining, she didn’t just give a show, she gave us a story, it was a proper performance that you’d hope for from an artist like herself. The level of talent and fitness she has to give us all that she did, is just incredible. I’ve always loved her since her “one of the boys” album took off and I’ve been following ever since! She really interacted with the crowd & made it personal, instead of “just another night, another show” vibe. I wish I got tickets to see her the first night in Brisbane because it’s the kind of concert you’d pay for again and again! I hope a lot of artist take notes on how to perform from her because it is exactly what we want and more!

Thankfully the support act kept it short and sweet. Good on the local gals for securing such a prolific gig but I was not a fan of their low effort performance. Katy Perry, however, was absolutely worth the money. I did not expect her to be as good as she was. Great show, great visuals and she had definitely worked on those live vocals (maybe to make up for the AFL debacle). She also took the time to interact with the crowd and performed a long, varied set spanning her whole discography, rewarding long time fans with some deep cuts aswell as her big hits. It also seemed like it was a first concert for many kids and it was fun how excited they got, even though it was more punishing on the eardrums than the actual performance itself. In recent years it seems to have become trendy to hate on KP, but the performance I saw wouldve won over even her harshest critics.

I've been a Katy Perry fan since 2008, and watching her journey has been incredible. The moment the screen went red and she appeared, I was in ecstasy! The explosion of colors, the infectious energy... it felt like the world stood still. Katy Perry, right there in front of me, singing my favorite songs. I must confess, 'Part of Me' has been my favorite, but when she sang 'Firework,' I felt like I was part of something truly magical. Katy Perry's performance was out of this world!

Katy Perry was the most awesome person I’ve ever met. She remembered me after seeing her 7 times during the backstage meet and greet photo opportunity. Meeting Katy in real life is something that I’ve always dreamed of ever since I was a kid in high school listening to her pop music. Also, she signed a few pictures that we took together and program books for me, which I will cherish forever!

I loved it so much very first concert I have loved her music since 2010 first song I heard was firework I love you music so much Katy love you so much and cant wait for KP6 I was know the album will be great I am very much a KATYCAT best show I have ever seen you are truly for my fav artist and you are truly a incredible person and mom I will always love you and you music I play so much

It was THE best concert. Katy brought on 6 different stages and every single of them was amazing. She performed hits after hits after hits. She is actually very funny as well. It’s kind of sad that PLAY has ended after 2 successful years. However I’m very excited to see what’s she gonna bring us next year!

It was absolutely amazing, I had the meet and greet package and and katy was an absolute angel. She even put the picture I drew her on her Instagram, it was almost like going to the California dreams Tour I missed. I love you with all my heart Katy❤️❤️❤️

Had the absolute time of my life. No complaints about the show. It all ran smoothly and unlike most concerts, it felt like an intimate fan event where everyone was happy and having the best time. Looking forward to when she next performs nearby so I can go again.

I'm not really a fan of Katy Perry, but I was very impressed with her. The weather was a pain (too humid) but Ms Perry was a thorough professional and got on with the show. Nice of her to acknowledge her fans who've missed seeing her in India, and she ensured she made up for it by playing pretty much all of her best songs. Opening with Chained To The Rhythm was my favourite moment while the acoustic rendition of The One That Got Away was refreshing. Special shout-out to the band and most importantly, the back-up dancers who suffered the most with their costume changes in the heat. Well done!

The Katy Perry concert last night was amazing!! But the only thing was that the audio was not the best, especially for the opening act, Purity Ring. I could not hear anything the lead singer on stage said. They didn't even introduce themselves at the beginning, they just started playing when nobody was expecting it. At one point she ran off the stage and said "I'll be right back!" and that left me and my everyone in my group confused. We think she might have been drunk or something. But after that we got food and then came back just in time for us to finish eating and then Katy came out and we were all excited. Everything Katy did was either funny or amazing. At some parts we couldn't understand what she was singing because she wasn't with the music and that isn't her fault. But we had close seats that were down lower, but because of renovations that were made, we got pushed upward and were 3 rows down from the very top row of the whole venue, which sucked since we could barely see her. But other than that, the concert was very good!! I would recommend going to see her perform.
