Michael Black

Michael Black came out of a dream just like "The Song That Won't Be Played Anymore". I started writing songs when I discovered there weren't many songs that told what I was going trhough in decisive moments of my life. I understood that music heals the soul and that I had many stories that I wanted to tell to the people who would like to listen.

When I say "The Song That Won't Be Played Anymore" came out of a dream, I am not lying. I dreamt the whole set. The music, the lyrics and even the cover art. I remember I woke up panting and shaken, I was really excited and ran directly to the piano and played the whole song in a piece.

It's been quite a long way to release this song, but it was really worth it. This is the first single from my upcoming album "Musical Prostitute" which is the story from a smalltown guy who loses himself trying to reach fame.
