KANSAS CITY, PRNewswire/ — Award-winning Bluesy Americana band Knock Kneed Sally launched their 4th CD, “Dog Tilted Head” on Wed, May 02 in Kansas City, Mo. at Knuckleheads Saloon. This CD marks the 4th CD and 3rd of all original material. Knock Kneed Sally will be sweeping through clubs, theaters and arenas across North America starting in the spring. Each concert on the tour will be comprised of full band, solo acoustic and special guests.

Update: Dog Tilted head by Knock Kneed Sally has been selected by The Kansas City Blues Society as the best self produced CD of 2019.
