Bebi is the alias of Grammy-nominated producer Bruce Karlsson, a long-time force in electronic music whose path from self-taught beginnings after discovering EDC Los Angeles in 2007 has taken him from underground dance floors to major festival stages worldwide. Known for shaping late-2000s club music through projects like Norin & Rad, and later expanding his range with Fatum and Bad Royale, he's released on and been supported by a wide spread of tastemaker labels and artists (including Armada, Anjunabeats, Ultra, Polydor/Universal, Big Beat, Mad Decent, Dim Mak, and mautrap), earning career highlights like high-profile remixes, soundtrack work, and a Grammy nomination for Fatum's remix of JES "Hold On." Today, Bebi's focus is a forward-leaning UKG-driven sound UK garage shot through with bass music/UK bass built for peak-time rooms while still keeping the musicality and craft that have defined his evolution.
