Dying Flag

Dying Flag est un groupe originaire de Nîmes, formé en mars 2009 par Steven (guitariste rythmique) et Laurent (chanteur), rejoint très vite par Tonin (batteur).
Influencé au départ par le Punk, le son de Dying Flag prend un tournant vers le Metal avec l’arrivée de Sandro (bassiste) en 2011 puis de Romain (guitariste soliste) en 2013.

Avec plus d’une centaine de concerts à leur actif, Dying Flag a partagé la scène avec des groupes comme No Return, Blazing War Machine, Carcariass, Sidilarsen...
Leur premier EP - l’EPied-Bouche - est un 4 titres sorti en 2015 en autoproduction qu’ils ont défendu notamment au Rockstore de Montpellier, à L’Espace Julien de Marseille, au Triel Open Air à Triel-sur-Seine et au Silliusfest à Autun.
L’album « Hyène de Vie » sortira le 11 janvier 2019 via le label M&O Music.

Avec des textes majoritairement francophones et conscients, Dying Flag se veut percutant et proche de la réalité.

Dying Flag is a band from Nîmes, formed in March 2009 by Steven (rhythm guitarist) and Laurent (singer), joined very quickly by Tonin (drummer).
Initially influenced by punk music, the sound of Dying Flag started to turn into metal when Sandro (bassist) joined the band in 2011, followed by Romain (soloist guitarist) in 2013.

With more than a hundred concerts under their belt, Dying Flag has shared the stage with bands such as No Return, Blazing War Machine, Carcariass, Sidilarsen...
Their first EP - l’EPied-Bouche - is a 4 titles released in 2015 in self-production. The album “Hyène de Vie” will be released on January 11, 2019 by M&O Music.

With mostly francophone and conscious texts, Dying Flag wants to be percussive and close to reality.
