Born in Barranquilla, Colombia in 1985 and raised in Miami, FL, Alais learned spanish as a first language and english by age 4. Drawn to poetry from an early age, she raps fluently in both languages for international audiences and her love of language and passion for planetary stewardship reflects throughout her catalog of music.
