Jesse Audelo

Beginning his journey in music at the young age of 5, Jesse Audelo is currently one of the most well-respected and talented up-and-coming jazz saxophonists in the San Diego Area. His credits include work with the B-Side Players (winners of SDMA Best World Music Award several years), In Motion Trio (winners of best jazz group SDMA 2011), Grammy-winning trombonist Daniel Reagan, local jazz hero Gilbert Castellanos and jazz legend James Moody among others. His also frequently works with local music theater productions such as San Diego Musical Theater, Moonlight Stage Productions and Carlsbad Community Theater among others. He spends much of his time teaching students and composing or arranging for several music projects including the successful Afrojazziacs, Corporeal Saxophone Quartet and Jesse Audelo Jazz Quartet. He currently holds a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in Jazz Studies. As a musical artist, I try to convey the rawest emotion attached to the music so that every listening experience is different but in a way that identifies who I am to you, the listener, in the hopes that you'll remember the experience.
