This summer Amy performed at the Calgary Stampede before heading on tour in New Zealand and Australia, making her main stage debut at Australia’s Groundwater country music festival - one of the fastest growing country festivals down under. She finished off the summer performing before headliners Kip More and Craig Morgan at the Queen City Ex and made an appearance at Alberta’s Big Valley Jamboree.
Amy was named the 2018 Entertainer of the Year at the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards and was featured in both Creative Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Arts Boards’ Annual Reports. She was also selected to be in a video featuring Canadian artists succeeding internationally, which played at the 2018 JUNO awards.
Amy has joined Social Family Records (Universal Australia) to release her third album, which will be released as a pre-sale on August 28, 2018. This new material features her strong vocal ability through fun, catchy, melodies and lyrics fueled by her self-proclaimed “bad luck” in love. It also includes a bonus track, which is sure to be a big hit with Rider fans across the province.
