About Lavidius
Originally, Lavidius was formed as a punk band under the name The Last Recruits by Ben Bowen and former member Michael Small (guitar). Two tracks (currently unreleased) were already written when current member Marcus Glover (guitar) joined in 2008. Shortly after, former member Michael Munce (bass). The band changed their name to Catharsis and recorded a few demos – though, for copyright reasons, it was abandoned and replaced with Lavidius. Lavidius is a five piece metal band from Brisbane Australia.
