Americana

Americana is a punk/rock band from the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Formed in 2012 the band includes Cody Varga on guitar and vocals, Tony Aguilar on guitar, Ed Dudzinski on bass, and Steve Gonzalez on drums. Americana's sound simply stems from a passion for music and musicianship. Each member brings their own abilities, qualities, and tastes to performances and writing. Americana blends the aggression of punk, the energy of pop/punk, and the grit/heart of rock n roll, to bring a meaningful/heartfelt experience to their live shows and records. With two E.P.s under their belt, "Where We're Coming From" (2012) and "Genuine" (2014), Americana will continue to grow and thrive.
