✖ Biography: ●English: Manu Gonzalez is one of the rare breed of home grown, super talented Ibiza DJs. Born on the sunny isle of Ibiza in 1990 this young DJ is now beginning to make a real impact on the electronic music scene. Manu worked for many years at the legendary Discos Delta – ordering and selling vinyl for all the DJ/Producers who were based in Ibiza. From the age of 15 Manu was involved in the Ibiza music scene, developing his own style, based on quality music skills and the sonic experience he learnt from dealing with the worlds best professionals from an early age. Manu has his own special way of understanding and interpreting Balearic music mixes with his in+uences ranging from Chicago House, Detroit Techno to the latest trends including quality tech house mixed with groovy touches of contemporary, underground house with the main focus always being the dance +oor and the crowd. Rolling, powerful grooves mixed with his old school style DJ sets have won him many fans from all over the world. For such a young artist, Manu has worked hard to be established with an international fan base. Playing all over the world in places such as Mexico, Estonia, Austria, Germany, Scotland, Italy and Romania along with many other countries. Here in Ibiza, Manu has played regularly at what most people consider to be the best clubs in the world; Ushuaia, Space, Pacha and Privilege. From 2014 Manu was a weekly resident at one of the most talked about nights on the island – Tribal Sessions at Sankeys Ibiza which saw him billed alongside some of the greats such as Danny Tenaglia, Greg Vickers, Bushwacka, Todd Terry and Hector to name a few. 2016 saw Manu's debut show with Ants at Ushuaia Ibiza, sharing the stage with Andrea Oliva, Ilario Alicante and many more. Manu has also launched an exclusive bi monthly residency at legendary London club The Egg. Most weekends when not traveling abroad Manu is playing in Madrid, Barcelona and all over Spain. When not DJing, Manu can be found in his studio producing and editing tracks for prestigious labels such as Knee Deep In Sound, Cr2 Records, Real Nois, Oblack or Mr Carter. His tracks have been played and supported by Marco Carola, Luciano, Locodice and many more who are all happy to work with the unique sound of Manu. In recent times, Manu has forged powerful collaborations with Vatos Locos boss Hector, who recently remixed one of his tracks. Manu has been also been working regularly with SecondCity and they have had some huge releases together such as Funk'd and Play It on Cr2 Records, which were championed by Marco Carola and the Martinez Brothers, as well as receiving support on BBC Radio 1 from Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Danny Howard. Manu was selected by Pioneer DJ Radio to do their inaugural show which was a huge success. This was followed by his remix of Hot Since 82's 'Restless ft. Alex Mills' which landed an 8/10 on the Mixmag track reviews. Fast forward several months and on September 29th 2015, Manu Gonzalez was awarded Best Ibiza DJ by the DJ Awards which emphasized how solid his music career is and how much he is valued as a DJ in the capital of Dance. Manu has since had the honor of doing an After Hours guest mix on Pete Tongs Essential Selection on BBC Radio 1. 2017 is a big year for Manu's career. Playing at the IMS 10th Anniversary in Dalt Vila with Martinez Brothers,Maceo Plex,Pete Tong,Seth Troxler,Tale Of Us and more,debuting at the amazing new old Space Ibiza " HI Ibiza " with In The Dark alongside Luciano,Steve Lawler, Nic Fanciulli and Joris Voorn and releasing vinyl and digital releases on Matthias Tanvzmann's label Moonharbour and touring around the Uk ,South America and the rest of the world. With his attitude, talent and production, its without question that this is an artist that will be rising through the ranks. Watch this space. Eso le ha llevado a pinchar habitualmente en los mejores clubes de la isla, algunos de ellos considerados algunos de los mejores clubes del mundo: Space Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza o Privilege Ibiza, entre otros, son lugares habituales para Gonzalez.Manu a trabajado durante cuatro años en el club mas grande del mundo "Privilege Ibiza" todas las semanas de verano,club donde a mostrado lo mejor de su maleta compartiendo cartel con artistas como: Solomun,John Digweed,M.A.N.D.Y,Supernova o Hernan Cataneo entre otros. Es para destacar también que es el primer Deejay y Productor nacido en ibiza que colabora con la marca Pioneer DJ y pinchara en el International Music Summit (IMS) que se celebra en Mayo antes de la temporada en Ibiza,Dalt Vila.Un evento reconocido mundialmente como una de las conferencias mas potentes del mundo junto a la Miami Winter Conference (MWC) o el Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) donde normalmente actúan pilares de la música como Sven Vath,Loco Dice,Solomun,Steve Angello,Pete Tong,Maya Jane Coles,Todd Terry..por nombrar algunos. Pero no todo es Ibiza. Una vez acabada la temporada de verano, Manu suele pinchar fuera ciudades de toda la península ibérica y clubes de países como Austria, Mexico,Edimburgo,Estonia,Italia,Suiza o Rumania han tenido y tienen frecuentemente a Gonzalez como artista invitado.
