About Scott Nadeau

Scott is a musician currently experiencing the Chicago blues. With a storied history of performing with various bands throughout the Midwest, Scott is a singer/songwriter with an all-american perspective to his writing. His high school days were spent in garages and basements writing songs with his rock band Tribune, who was able to find success by having a loyal fanbase and being able to tour all around the Midwest. When Scott moved to Chicago in 2011, he sought to create his solo music career. This independent venture found him playing wherever he could: open mic nights, subway stations, coffee shops, and many of the best venues in Chicago including House Of Blues, the Elbo Room, the Abbey Pub, Foundation Room, Bottom Lounge, Celtic Crossings, and Reggie's Rock Club. He also temporarily fronted the Detroit-based Kougaran and recorded an EP as the lead singer of the Chicago metal outfit Savior Self (one of the favorite projects to date). After recording his full length debut solo project Suburban Passion in 2011, Scott has released a series of EPs: Sophomore Slumber (2013), The Blue Jean Blues (2014), and Electric Sheep (2014). Scott was also featured on AEMMP Records' compilation "day/night" and recorded a split EP with The Sea Empty entitled "Things & Stuff." Scott is currently working on writing new music across different genres for new projects. He is currently the frontman/bassist for The Million Reasons, a modern rock group based in Chicago. They released their debut EP The Runaround in February of 2017. Scott has also been collaborating with singer Elisa Latrice and producer Professor Fox on a project called Two The Moon, which is slated for a summer 2017 release. Twentysomething songwriter from the Midwest.
