I Love Vinyl

The logo (and fb page) was created in 2009 by DJ Scribe as the identity for a free monthly all-vinyl dj party at NYC's Le Poisson Rouge, featuring some of the best djs and record collectors on the East Coast. The party is sponsored by Wax Poetics magazine, one of the premier journals for soul/funk/jazz record collectors, Halcyon, an independent record store in Brooklyn, NY, and Fusicology, a boutique events listing site for US cities. From the moment the page was created, however, it took on a life of it's own, the logo clearly resonating with vinyl lovers all over the world, and we could not be happier about it. Long live vinyl!
