The Kelvins

The Kelvins play a powerful punk’n'roll with the classic setup: vox-guitar, lead guitar, bass guitar and drums. They spit out of the amps a mixture of punk (Ramones, Nine Pound Hammer, Supersuckers), rock’n'roll and country music (Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Hank Williams). A lot of gigs, in Italy and beyond. They brought their show in Italy, Swiss, in a mini-tour across Northern Europe, and supporting bands like the Queers, Nashville Pussy, Manges, Peawees, thee S.T.P, Retarded, Even in Blackouts, Meteors and did a mini-tour with Scott Luallen from Nine Pound Hammer as backing band. “Shake your ass, baby” have been the first full-lenght CD released in 2005, followed across the years by a split-CD with the Boozed, a 7″ split-vinyl with Nine Pound Hammer, another 7″ vinyl with 4 re-visited songs by the Killer J.L.L. and the 2012 issue: the second full-lenght CD “Cock-a-doodle-doo!”. www.thekelvins.it - www.myspace.com/thekelvinsrocknroll - www.youtube.com/thekelvinsrocknroll
